Referral to the winter shelter (15 beds) only from 999 Club. Dry. Immediate support, friendship, help and advice. The Club is staffed by local people, who know the misery caused by homelessness, poverty and drug/alcohol abuse at first hand. Advice, referrals and advocacy.
