A huge range of services, and they work in partnership with the City Lit and Westminster Kingsway Adult Education Colleges to provide vocational and therapeutic courses.

Home Base

Accommodation for ex-service men and women aged 18-55 who are homeless or potentially homeless. Also a highly successful psychological treatment programme for traumatised ex-military personnel. Training and employment opportunities, and help with addictions, through partner organisations. Require proof of military service. Phone, call in or write.

Hope Worldwide/ Two Step

Works with the disadvantaged, including refugees, homeless people, ex-offenders and those with drug and alcohol issues. Runs successful abstinence programme.

Kairos Community Trust

Supported accommodation for single homeless people 18+ with drug and alcohol dependency who are committed to becoming clean and dry, and have low support needs. Accommodation in Barnet, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark and Wandsworth. If no vacancies, placed on waiting list. Will help with claiming benefits, and getting ID and funding.

Kaleidoscope Project

For drug users in the Kingston area, particularly heroin users. Medical team on site. Doctor's clinic Monday morning, Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday evening and all day Friday. Methadone prescriptions.

Mainly for injecting drug users, and people with HIV and Hepatitis C (18+) in Lambeth, but there is no catchment area for needle exchange. TASHA Foundation

Out of hours helpline for people with mental health or drug use difficulties. Works with substance misuse, anti-depressants, stress, agoraphobia and depression.

Trinity Homeless Projects (Barnhill)

Turning Point (Druglink Hammersmith and Fulham)

Crisis intervention, needle exchange, assessment and care planning, advice, information and support, 1:1 work, ear acupuncture. Crack service with structured day programme, crisis intervention and aftercare. U-Turn Project

SIFA Fireside

One-to-one help, accommodation and support for people dealing with alcohol issues; counselling; resettlement and tenancy support; training opportunities; help for people on probation. St Anne's Hostel
