Scotscare and Borderline merged to provide stronger services for homeless and vulnerably-housed Scots in London by helping them to establish a secure tenancy and lead a healthy, independent life. Their services include information, advice and advocacy, provision of birth certificates for identification purposes, travel warrants and housing advice, including some accommodation.
